Softcaliber offers a cloud-based Point-of-Sale (POS) Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for managing sales, inventory, billing, and related business operations.
3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date registration and business information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You must not use the platform for any unlawful activities or abuse the system in any way.
4. Subscription and Payments

Our service is available on a subscription basis.

If payment is overdue, your account may be suspended.

Data associated with overdue accounts will be permanently deleted after two (2) months of non-payment.
5. Termination

You may terminate your subscription at any time.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.
6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your business data while your account is in good standing.

If payment is not made within two months of the due date, all data will be permanently removed and will not be recoverable.
7. Limitation of Liability
Softcaliber is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
8. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
